Hey all, I have no lame excuses to offer about not dropping in lately. Just excuses. Band is busier than I could have hoped for, school is still a challenge now that I'm teaching AP. Anyhow...I couldn't help but notice that I've drank, rather more than was necessary perhaps, with pretty much all the moderators for this group. I was wondering if I could get like, Honorary Assistant Moderators Aide Moderator status or something.  For everyone who was bummed that the band didn't play last year at the NE Rally, maybe everything is for a reason. Last I talked to Pat, we're planning on playing for you guys this September. And this time...we have three full one hour sets. If you're not ready to conquer galaxies by then....we'll have to get you some of Pat's barley wine. BB

Tad, How do my friend. It's good to see you are still with us. Too busy can be good and can be bad, ya gotta look for a balance. As for Moderators, the perks ain't worth it

Are you serious? Do you guys have any idea how big the Mod checks are each month? Phil tells me mine are in the mail, with all the back due ones too. I can hardly wait, I figure I can buy a couple brand spanking new Winnebagos or at least an iced tea.

Good to hear from you, (Jeff here, yellow speedmaster from buffalo) I went to your myspace, my internet is awful, could only hear part of Dead Man's Jacket, but the instruments and voice sound excellent. Very crisp! I have little hope of seeing you perform, lousy evening shift work schedule. Good luck with the band and all else.

The band sounds really good to me. I hope your sound system is a grade above "dial-up", or the dancing crowd might hurt themselves however.

Good to hear from you too. Well, there's a chance we'll be playing some of the summer concert circuit stuff this year; Italian Festival, Taste of Buffalo, Canal Fest. Hopefully when that schedule starts coming together we'll find time to hook up again. And thanks for the compliments on the music. We're planning on getting into a studio for a full length CD sometime in the Fall...with a cd out hopefully midwinter a year from now.

John, Thanks...well...we learned a lesson on those recordings. One we will not need to learn twice. We play small places so far, the dancing crowd hurts itself on walls and stools as well as each other. We need bigger venues. I'll swap bigger venues for crummier acoustics. BB

I was referring to the dialup service on MY end downloading music from the internet. I am too cheap to upgrade it, so I hear tunes 5-6 bars at a time.

Phil, Thanks...good to here from you. Like I told Snert, nice to be reminded that there are people here I miss. Hopefully, if Pat gets this fool notion about moving south out of his head, we'll get a chance to do it all again this fall. Although, I don't plan on being the last man standing with Unclecharlie again this time. You have NO idea how hurting a puppy I was at breakfast the next day. I'd say I hadn't felt like that since my college days...'cept I never felt like that in my college days. BB
