The Harley Armada is out in full force today in Fresno. I went to watch my youngest son play basketball this morning and stopped by the house on the way back to the office to get Ol' Bessy (my 05 BA, Mulberry Red). On the way back to the church I encountered at least 3 - 4 packs of Harley riders. I want you all to know that I represented well.

Harley "Armada" huh, Rev?!

Well, I THINK we all know what happened to that "invincible" Armada a few hundred years ago, and which country's "machines"(with a little help from Mother Nature) defeated that supposed "invincible" Armada, don't we?!

Cheers, and keep up the good work,
Dwight

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I saw two or three bikes out today. It's in the mid 40's and there's still some snow on the ground, though it's melting fast.

Yep Mike! I've just returned from MY little battle with the "armada" of cagers and Harleys(not to mention the Ducatis, Suzukis, Hondas, etc.) on my BA a few minutes ago, and you're right(kind'a). It is MORE than warm this afternoon here in sunny SoCal....It's friggin' HOT!!!(85F)

I'd be "more than happy"(that of course is impossible, according to George Carlin) to send Friar John some of this here weather, but for the life o' me, I can't figure how to do that!!!

(and I'll bet NEITHER can Mr.Carlin)

Cheers,
Dwight
(hummmm...and I wonder why the good Friar sometimes seems a little perturbed with me....so figure)

Hello Rob, guess the wife and I have kinda compromised, if you can't beat em, join them. Today, we rode to the the HD dealer in Los Banos to help them with their open house by eating the free burgers and dogs they offered. We later rode to what is being called "This Ain't Your Mamas Bikers Church", located at Christian Life Center in Merced. Nice bunch of guys and gals.
If you get the urge to ride with some fellow TBA riders just holler.
