Carb Jetting Instructions For CVK Carbs

Remove the breather hose and throttle position electrical connector.

In the center of the two carbs there is a rubber hose that is a breather, This needs to be removed and left to hang , do not pull it out from the underside, there is no need. Just remove it from the carbs.

There is an electrical connector under the carbs that is for the throttle position sensor. It is a triangular shaped connector, pushing on the locking tab while pulling gently apart will do the trick here.

In this picture, the carbs have already been removed, but I wanted you to get a good picture of the connector. It is pretty tight in there with the carbs on. On to the next step.
