Carb Syncronizing Instructions For CVK Carbs

Reading the tuner and locating the adjuster

Start the motor and be sure the bike is warm.
The picture below shows my initial reading. Notice that the right level is below the left level. This indicates that the left carb is drawing more air than the right carb. This is an unbalanced arrangement, the left carb is running leaner than the right and this will be the same throughout the entire throttle range. We will now make adjustments so that the levels are even, we don't really care what the level is, as long as they are the same.

You need to locate the adjustment screw - it is in the middle of the two carbs on the top of the throttle linkage.
