I have a, '03 BA, bike starts fine, misses intermittently on idle, also from start of accelerating. Runs fine at speed. Thoughts?

Everything, purchased it new in '03, been running fine, just recently started missing/hesitating on take off. Plugs look fine, fuel is new, air filter about 6 months old.
If you can read this, thank a teacher - and since it's in English, thank a soldier.

I would suspect maybe something in a jet, drop the carb bowls and see if there is any crud in there. clean the jets out and try again

Hidden filter still in place? Restricted tank vent, batch of bad fuel? Seafoam is a good start and beneficial to your fuel system whether it fixes the specific problem or not.

Spray carb clean around the intake rubbers and vacuum caps and listen for any change in idle.
