hi was any one had problems with geting parts got the wronge gas cap got flush orded locking now i can't get a e-mail to go back to them ??????????????

I am still waiting for a part from an order placed in Jan. One was sent about 2 months ago with a defect returned and still waiting.

I just recently had an item show up damaged, then a few days later I went to install another item I had for a week or so and found it was damaged.
Sent Brent an email and got a reply quickly (next day). Resolutions in process and I might add...very accomodating.
Send a reminder to him. Im sure he'll at least give you a status.

He has been getting back to me.Communication isn't the problem all I get is we have no ETA on that.I would think I should have a good part in 8 months.I think he must be mining the aluminum himself.

All I can say is I have had great service from Brent & company and I live in the land down under only problems was customs trying to work out what chemicals were in the mints so they (Brent) have just told me that they dont place them in international orders anymore. Great company great service good parts for me hope you all resolve your problems with them.
If all else fails try prayer works for me ( am I allowed to say such things without censorship)

That doesnt sound right. I cant imagine that as long as you didnt open and use it that Brent wouldnt exchange it.
If you got the wrong item you got the wrong item. If its the wrong item in the wrong packaging take a pic and send it to them.
Then again, Im not Brent and I dont know how your communication has gone.
I can say Ive gotten excellent service and have had no problem with one return and one exchange.
Same with a recent order from Fast eddy...no issues on the exchange.
My business goes to Brent and Fast eddy.

I have never had a problem with any return from them or any kind of communication. They have always stood behind their stuuf , once you get it.

I think you should try contacting again. If indeed you ordered a particular part then you should get it. What does your order receipt say, btw? Maybe it's just a mis-communication. Use the email that's in his site, don't respond to your email receipts.
Brent has been great with me....i'm still waiting on some parts/accessories though. I want to make another order, but am hesitating until i get the other stuff.

I should say I never had a problem except this last order taking forever. Won't be long and it will be a year and still waiting. Ordered the part during winter and still don't have it for this summer.

The origonal order was made by my mom for my Bday. My Bday was in Feb. It included about 6 items might have been 7 or 8 but I can remember 6 for sure. 3 for my Bday and 3 for Wendys Bday (hers in March)I finally got the stuff from them in June if I remember correctly. It all came at once they didn't even send what they had. The one res. cover had a scratch in it so I returned it and am still waiting.

EDIT: should send me the part free and include a $100 gift certificate at this point.

My original order was made in June.
Nothing i desperately need right now thankfully. I got the 'diamond' front brake res cover. They are nice.

I was missing a bolt with my Rivco risers and he contacted them..they sent a new pkg of bolts/screws right out and even threw in a cap....so, that was very cool.

I'm still keeping the faith in Brent...i'm sure he's tapping his foot waiting on the stuff as well.

I've also ordered a heap of stuff from them, and also delivered to Australia. Can't fault them.
