Red line power sports, Winsted, CT. The staff there is excellent, tech had to do a lot of checking. First thought it was the starter relay. No, pulled tank, frayed wires. I cant imagine how much it would have cost for 5 hours labor at Libby's in N. Hvn. Tech charged me for 3. Still $305. I would love to buy the 96, Triumph Trident, with 14,000, miles. $4,000. Though the price seems a little high. What do you think?

That's a shop I would use again.

I've had wire issues a couple of times. The first under warranty. Another at a campground hours from a shop. I enjoy puzzles but wires are a real pita.

I love the Trident. The price is a little high. I'd want to be sure everything is in top shape for that price. If it hasn't been ridden in a while or if it isn't perfect, $3000 would be my max price. If it's green and silver, I'd go a couple hundred more.

Buy it, it's only money and they aren't getting more plentiful.

The Tirdent appears in perfect shape. It is green.

If that shop will work on a 20 yo Triumph when needed, I'd offer $3500 and go from there.
