Hi All,

we have now released our Stage 1 Torque Induction Kit for both carb and EFI models. The Stage 1 kits included everything required to tune the induction system to your chosen silencers and give an excellent improvement in torque compared to stock.
Here are the links.

I have a 2014 AmericaLT I go to leave and it hesitates on acceleration and then it stalls, I put her in the shop they sync the throttle bodies and said its the nature of that engine. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Please HELP Thanks

Richard
You know I love motorcycles and I love my 2005 America. It is a stock airbox at the moment with TORS I do believe. That is how I purchased her last September. When I let off the gas she likes to pop and crack. I have always wondered if the carbs were jetted for the exhaust. This kit seems like the perfect solution for me.

The only thing that concerns me is I have a knack of being able to really screw up any carb. Lawn mower, chain saw, Weed wacker. I can adjust the carbs in a way they will never run again.

Is this something I should attempt to do, and if so what would I need to do it right?

Unscrewing and wrenching in new jets are pretty darn simple, once you understand the task at hand. The first step is to lose the Phillips head screws that hold the float bowls and top diaphragm covers in place and replace them with some stainless Allen head cap screws. Fast Eddy has them on the shelf. If you want to pump in more air, the easiest method is to add an inlet through the bottom of the airbox and existing filter. There is lots of info here in the archives that covers the subject. You need to check out the jetting calculator as well for a starting point for the jet change too. Add air in with more fuel and a less restrictive flowing exhaust and you will find torque and ponies available for passing two up around that school bus in your way. BTW, is your air injection system still in place? If so, it really needs to go.
So my first question was,"what is the Air Injection System?" Off to Youtube. Answer is yes it is still on the bike. It will not be there long. Thanks.

FastEddy sells the plugs you'll need.

I would find another shop. Dang, that's a dumb mass answer, "the nature of that engine" . I have three of those engines and they don't do that.
That's like ordering a nice puffy calzone and it tastes like absolute buzzard puke and then the chef says " Oh, that's just the nature of calzones.

Look over in "performance Mods" , some folks replied to your post.
Yes I am putting a list together and Eddy will be getting a retirement check from me soon. Just keep adding to the list.
