I was looking at mine recently and it occured to me.........why couldn't you just make your own out of rubber blocks? I thought i heard they were something like $100+,and all they are is rubber blocks shaped like a wedge. And i don't see any reason they need to be connected as they are. Probably just for the convenience of handling the part as one piece.
