Loaded with Brit bikes early in the film, in New Zealand. Local bikers there picked on Burt and challenged him.
He raced on a bunch of Triumphs, BSAs,etc. on the beach.
When the race started, Burt's bike sputtered and died. He had to get friends to give him a push. The Triumphs ran off and left him. That's all I'll say now. Good flick. A little slow moving for some, but I loved it. To get a good grip on who Burt Munro was, the film would have had to last another 4 hours. I'll be getting a copy Tuesday.
I'll bet by next Monday, several members here will join me talking about their "motorcicle".
There are some rather memorable bits in the film that all will enjoy. Wish ya'll could have seen it on the big screen, but I had to ride 2½ hours each way to see it.
My wife and daughter both cried a couple times during the movie.
