I know two guys who own T-Birds, and they both LOVE them. One had traded in his America for the Bird, and he says he likes his Bird much more than the America. The guy is pretty tall, so the T-Bird geometry fits him better than the America.
I personally think the T-Bird is a great looking machine and fits in well with the rest of the Triumph cruiser line. And say what ya want, the T-Bird is a helluva lot better looking bike than the Rocket III.
