Since the bike was originally setup to run too lean I suspect that, now you've been bitten by the modification bug, the engine will hold up better than you will.
If you can still reach 7000 rpms while riding without the engine cutting out, your mixture is rich enough that the engine isn't likely to be hurt, especially if you don't get crazy on it.
