Yes, those are the ones. Actually, they are NOT legal in California. Their advantage is that they give you a better sound and the bike stills runs great with no other changes. BUT, if you want to open up the airbox and re-jet the carburetor for better performance the Off Roads allow you to do so. You may be able to buy a set from a member and save some money too as many members think even the TOR's are not loud enough and have opted to buy other products.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
