To everybody else, a very belated thanks for the B'day wishes. Just got back on the site. I will fill you in on what I was doing on my B'day in the near future in the road reports thread. The one thing that is always true while being a motorcyclist on a road trip is that "you'll never expect the unexpected" to paraphrase somebody or other.
Anyhow, thanks all and it was good. Could have been betterer but such is life.
