A lot of dirt in my background too. It's amazing how those old instincts pop out when they shouldn't isn't it? I've caught myself almost doing the same.

If you can find a good road with light traffic and some variety of curves, start taking the curves with the late apex technique and build your speed at a comfortable level.
Before you know it, you'll be having fun again.
