You should be able to find the rubber moulding at any chain auto parts store. I got mine at Autozone. It's been a few years now, but I think they called it door trim and it's very cheap, less than $10. Mine's about due to be replaced. Since it comes in I think about a 6 foot length, I'll send you some of my leftover.
Btw, when I went to the Smoke Out, The Horse was giving away about the last year of back issues of the magazine so I got that issue I sent you.
