Description
Basic info: 904 big bore upgrade, Specialty Spares mufflers, drilled airbox bottom/no snorkle, 135/42/no shims – 70+ HP. In that I’m a “woodworker”, I guess I’m similar to some of our members who have a “chromoholic challenge”, I seem to have a struggle with “how much is too much “wood”. All wood is real, most is Bubinga (or African Rosewood), with a little Purpleheart and Bucote’. Still not done though. More pics coming this summer when the sun is finally out and after a “little” more “sawdust.”
Updated 06/11/2011:
Got the bags 99% done. Skinned with Waterfall Bubinga, trimmed with Cherry. The logo is brass (although it dosen’t look very shinny in the photos) – all else is made on wood (of course). No white walls yet (they’re on order).
Larry’s bike is a great example of combining one’s love for Triumph motorcycles with other hobbies, occupations or pastimes. Â There really is no limit.
